Das stilvolle Strandhaus wird für seine hervorragende Ausstattung und die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder gelobt. Die helle Raumgestaltung und großen Fenster schaffen eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Positives: The room was clean, bed comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location of this hotel is convenient to our family who live nearby.
Negatives: The breakfast dining area was being renovated. The location of the buffet food to the eating area was inconvenient and all the way at the other end of the hallway. It was necessary to make more than one trip back and forth carrying hot liquids and food and avoiding the traffic of other guests departing the elevator with suitcases and children who were also in the hallway. The coffee station was also blocking foot traffic back and forth. The sign indicating the eating room was identified with a caution wet floor sign propped against the wall. Most guests appeared to take food back to their room. This was not up to usual Hampton standards.

Positives: room was spacious and clean as was bathroom, thankful for the complimentary waters upon check in
Negatives: breakfast hours on a Sunday should be until 10am not 9am. So we missed breakfast after arriving after 1am from seeing Metallica in concert in Charlotte. Also didn't realize the hotel was undergoing renovations.
