A bit pricy for something that is pretty worn down

Positives: Location was good.
Negatives: Check-in time was way too late, at 4pm. They didn't allow us for early checkin even after requesting for couple of times. Whereas their checkout time is very early at 11am. Other hotels have Check out policy of 12pm. And they advised us to take away our garbage with us. We never ever had this type of experience before at any hotel. If we have to take care of the garbage as well then why will we pay so much!

Positives: The apartment was ok, it has the necessary things for 2, was really clean, and comfortable.
The location is good, near de beach and a about 10 blocks away from Miami Beach's center.
Negatives: It has no windows that you could open, that's something that we miss when trying to ventilate or because of the heat. We tried to use the laundry, the door wasnt working, we report the problem, but nobody solved it, we couldn't do our laundry. And one day, It was really rainy and both streets (from the two different entries the apartment has) were completely flood. It was impossible to leave the apartment for a couple of hours.
